		<description>I love this recipe! Try adding  a 1/2 an avocado to the strawberry smoothie recipe instead of a banana. It is so smooth and so healthy for you. If not using frozen berries use a few ice cubes to make it thicker. I also use some blueberries along with the strawberries. It is als good using any juice instead of the milk for extra flavor.</description>
