This yummy pumpkin smoothie tastes like a slice of pie. Very yummy year around, but especially around the holidays.
Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree or pumpkin pie filling
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
If you are using canned pumpkin pie filling you may not need to add the honey. Prepare it without first and give it a taste. If it’s not sweet enough for you, add the honey and blend for a few more seconds.
As with any smoothie, add everything to your blender and blend until smooth.
This particular smoothie is very delicious and looks good with a little whipped cream on top. This makes a fun dessert for a holiday dinner party.
