Using 1-tablespoon of the mixture for each piece, scoop the candy onto a plate. If you measure accurately you should have 16 pieces. Place the powdered sugar into a small bowl. Roll each ball of candy in the powdered sugar. Place them back on the plate and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for several hours or overnight. Serve cold. These will keep for a week in the fridge, if they last that long, which they won't. The recipe is easily doubled. To be fancy you can arrange each candy in a small paper cup. They make a great gift. This is a great recipe for kids to make by themselves, with an adult available for consultation. Makes 16 pieces or 8 servings; 2 pieces each.
