Here’s another delicious peach smoothie recipe for you. We just had this a few minutes ago. Below is the recipe for about one large smoothie. I more than doubled this (just eyeballing the measurements) and it was plenty for 3 medium sized smoothies. My husband and daughter both loved it and it will be just enough “food” to tie us over until a late lunch.
Peach Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/3 cup frozen vanilla yogurt (about a scoop)
- 1/3 cup low-fat peach yogurt
- 3/4 of cup apple juice
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You may want to add an extra splash of apple juice if you prefer your smoothies a little thinner.
If you don’t have apple juice, or just want to switch things up a bit, you can substitute orange juice or any other fruit juice for that matter.
