This orange pineapple smoothie tastes like sunshine in a glass to me (it looks like it too ) It’s packed with vitamin C and makes a wonderful light breakfast smoothie. I also make this quite a bit when we have a cold or are otherwise under the weather.
Orange Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana (sliced and frozen)
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
Start by peeling the orange. Remove any seeds and break it into segments. Put everything into your blender and blend until smooth. You may add a little more juice or a splash of water to thin your smoothie should it get too thick.
