My Best Light Brownies
These brownies are a treat. I do not prepare them often because they are extremely tempting to me and Fred both so we tend to over-indulge. When you need something very rich, sweet and within your range of healthy foods, this one fills the bill. Excellent for church potlucks. Makes 24. Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 90 Calories; 3g Fat (29.6% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 15g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 9mg Cholesterol; 77mg Sodium. Exchanges: 1/2 Grain(Starch); 0 Lean Meat; 0 Non-Fat Milk; 1/2 Fat; 1/2 Other Carbohydrates.
