I love smoothies and have one for breakfast most mornings. This mango smoothie recipe is one of my favorites. The citrus flavor in the orange juice balances the tart flavor of the mango.
Mango Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup fresh mango chunks
- honey to taste
- 1/2 cup ice
Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. I would start with about 1/2 tsp of honey and add more if needed.
The ice cools everything down and gives the smoothie a nice slushy consistency. Very yummy!
