I love, love, love this mango blueberry smoothie. The two different fruits go so well together and make the perfect indulgent treat that’s nutritious and vitamin enriched at the same time. It’s best made with frozen fruit and turns out tasting like a fancy milkshake.
Mango Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup of skim milk or water
Put all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. This recipe makes 2 large or 4 small glasses of mango blueberry smoothies. You may want to use a little more milk or water if the smoothie is getting too thick.
