    I would highly recommend the book Mastering Leptin by Byron Richards. My friend lost 70 pounds in six weeks……fat loss not muscle loss. I went from a size 8 to a 4 in less than that. Everything in the book is taken from studies located in medical journals about how our hormones regulate EVERYTHING including metabolism! And eating at the wrong time throws it all off! This is not a fad diet book….it is a health book for everyone not only those who want to lose weight. Weight loss is the side effect of getting healthy. Seriously, I plead with everyone to check this information out for yourself.

    The best way to lose weight is just to do it! we spend far to much of our time reading about it but never getting to the brass tax of it! Go for a walk! If you are in a chilly environment buy a treadmill-hey it makes a great gift! You all know what foods are making you gain weight so avoid them and trade your bad foods for good foods! Skip the pies cookies and cakes and opt for fruits and veggies! I started eating whole wheat bread thinking that is was so good for my health only to find that I was allergic to it yes even the organic kind. I had heartburn soo bad after I ate the bread so I stopped eating it and I have lost weight. I am down almost two pant sizes in three months! Don’t look for quick results go for the 2 pounds a week anything more just isn’t healthy! Walk at the mall. No you don’t have to shop but just walk! Walk around your neighborhood! Just move and you will be burning calories!!!! If you are feeling depressed move it will create endorphins that will create a happier mood! But whatever you do don’t just sit in front of the TV it is depressing your body and that sluggish activity will make you gain weight!
