  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun-style seasoning or seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

If your fish is frozen, don't bother thawing it.  Arrange the fish in a baking dish that has been coated with nonstick spray.  Sprinkle the  seasonings evenly over the fish. Drizzle the olive oil over all.  Bake the fish at 450° for 20 minutes.  Serve hot with a plateful of buttered spinach.
