Creole Catfish Recipe

  • 1 pound fresh or frozen catfish nuggets or fillets
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun-style seasoning or seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • Nonstick Spray

If your fish is frozen, don’t bother thawing it. Arrange the fish in a baking dish that has been coated with nonstick spray. Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the fish. Drizzle the olive oil over all. Bake the fish at 450° for 20 minutes. Serve hot with a plateful of buttered spinach.
