Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

Blueberries are not only full of healthy antioxidants, they also make a wonderful smoothie that will wake you up and get you ready for a busy day. Give this delicious blueberry smoothie recipe a try. You can make it with fresh or frozen blueberries. For a lower calorie smoothie use low or non-fat yogurt and sweeten it with a non-calorie sweetener like stevia if desired.

Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Add everything to your blender and blend until smooth. If you like you can sweeten your smoothie with sugar, honey or your favorite non-caloire sweetener.

    I love smoothies, and blueberry smoothie is my second favorite (mango smoothie is the best for me)! I both love the color and the taste. Nothing can compare to starting your day with fruit smoothies, I’m not exactly a health buff, but smoothies does wonders in your body, :)
    I think that’s a major ++ about it. lol!
