I love the sweet and tart combination of blueberries and bananas in this delicious and healthy smoothie recipe. Give it a try and see if you like it as much as I do.
Blueberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Lice and freeze the bananas. You can use either fresh or frozen blueberries. Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. You may want to add a splash of water, juice or milk if your smoothie is getting to thick. Serve right away.
