Blended Fruit And Vegetable Smoothie Recipe
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 medium apple apple
- 1/4 cup natural applesauce
- 1 medium carrot
- 1/2 cup of cucumber
- 2 cups of ice
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Core the apple, cut it and the vegetables into large chunks. Add the fruit, vegetables and all other ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. Taste your smoothie and add some sweetener like sugar, honey or stevia to your smoothie if needed.
Of course you can easily mix and match your own favorite vegetables and fruit combination in these types of smoothies.
