Blackberry Smoothie Recipe

I love smoothies made with berries and blackberries are no exception. Whenever I can find a great deal for them (road side stands and small farmers markets are often your best bet), I stock up and freeze them. I then use them for delicious blackberry smoothies throughout the year.

Easy Blackberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Ice cubes

Put all ingredients into a blender. Add the lid and blend until smooth. Serve right away. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for a few hours.

For a more figure-friendly version use skim milk and your favorite no-calorie sweetener (I like stevia).

Just did this, and it turned out okey. C: i added more milk though. I like how it was easy for a 14 yearold like me.

It turned out a little tasteless. Not sure what the issue was. I may have put in too much ice. The resipe doesn’t specify the amount of ice.
