Who knew that you can drink apple pie? I make this delicious apple pie smoothie whenever we have a bit of prepared oatmeal leftover. Adding the oatmeal is optional, but I think it gives it that “pie” flavor. Here’s how I make this particular smoothie.
Apple Pie Smoothie Recipe
- 1/2 cup of all natural apple sauce
- 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup prepared oatmeal (optional)
- Splash of milk
Put everything into a blender and blend until smooth. You can put as much or as little ice as you’d like into this smoothie along with just enough milk to make it drinkable.
