I’ve always like the combination of apples and carrots (shredded they make a great salad by the way). Now it’s time to combine them into a delicious and healthy smoothie. What a great way to get a serving of veggies and a serving of fruit at the same time. I hope you give this apple carrot smoothie a try and see if you like it as much as I do.
Apple Carrot Smoothie Recipe
- 2 cups carrot juice
- 1/2 cups apple juice
- 6 ounces non-fat vanilla or plain yogurt, frozen
- 1 banana (sliced and frozen)
- ice
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. You can add more ice to thicken the smoothie up.
